How it works
- Tell me about the property
Call, text or email me with the address and a little about the house and your plans.
- I make you an offer
I look at the house and recent sales nearby, then give you a straightforward offer. There's no obligation.
- You decide
If the offer works for you, we sign a written purchase contract and close through a Florida title company on a timeline we agree on.
Good to know
- I'm a real estate investor buying property for myself. I'm not a licensed real estate agent or broker, and I don't list, market or sell property for other people.
- If we sign a contract, I may assign it to another buyer, or buy the property and resell it. I'll explain how that works before you sign anything.
- Nothing on this site is an offer to buy a specific property. An offer is only binding once we both sign a written contract.
- I can't give legal or tax advice. You're always welcome to have your own attorney review any contract.
Text messages
I only text people who have agreed to receive texts from me. You can agree in one of two ways:
- On a phone call. When we talk, I'll ask: "Is it OK if I text you at this number about your property?" I only text you if you say yes, and I write down the date you agreed.
